Problem:

Millions of young people in Latin America without the possibility of accessing quality education, and therefore unable to enter the labor market. In the other hand, a huge shortage of human resources in the new technology industries. Finally, investments aimed exclusively at companies or material innovations.

Idea:

A crowfounding platform in which investors look for young people with growth potential, to invest in them, and obtain returns. The applicant applies, connects with institutions that train them, and consultants that connect them with future jobs. These intermediaries generate professional profiles and estimate future income. Based on the data, the investor pays for his studies, and then charges a percentage of the contracts obtained. Capitalize human resources generating returns.

Mainly sponsored youth, but also investors.
