Main Beneficiaries:

Our beneficiaries are students from all over the world, as long as the solution can reach their countries, in the case of Peru, one of the main beneficiaries with HOUN are university students who do not have a safe and adequate place to live, Peru is a very central country that causes that most universities are located in the capital which generates that young people come to look for these study in Lima from different parts of the country. The universities of Lima are in constant search of promoting the entry of students from all over the country; however, there is no platform like HOUN that provides rooms or apartments with reviews of the students themselves and safe locations that give confidence to parents to send their children to study away from them because they do not know the city or are not sure of the prices of rooms or apartments for their children. Finally, Houn solves problems for the landlord who seeks to rent safely and to people who do not mistreat their property or cause problems, their ideal audience according to surveys are university students since most of the day is spent at the university and do not cause much wear of the rented property. Therefore, landlords are looking for an easy and safe way to rent to the university community.
