Unfortunately, there are not always immediate resources available to help people experiencing a panic or mental health crisis.
It is an app that integrates with wearable devices, such as smartwatches and activity bracelets, to detect early signs of panic attacks
It constantly monitors heart rate and other physiological indicators. When early signs of a seizure are detected, the app provides real-time alerts and relaxation exercises. It also records and analyzes data over time to help prevent future crises
