S & Cookies

Universidad San Francisco de Quito USFQ

Problem:

At the beginning, when we embarked on this project, we realized the absence in the market of pleasant, easy-to-consume, and well-presented products to address common digestive issues such as constipation, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goal of Health and Wellbeing, and focusing on the two most affected target groups by this issue, Children and Older Adults.

Idea:

We found a solution in the creation of organic cookies made with bananas, fruits, and natural ingredients that promote healthy digestion, gradually alleviating gastric issues such as constipation.

Main Beneficiaries:

The beneficiaries of S & Cookies will be children and elderly people with gastrointestinal problems and constipation who cannot find in modern resources an effective solution that can adapt to their tastes corresponding to their ages. S & Cookies is positioned as an accessible and pleasant consumption solution for these people, who in their daily lives will be able to find long-term support to not only live in comfort, but also enjoy their youth and those closest to them. The beneficiaries are currently in the province of Pichincha, of which 723,071 children and 234,941 elderly people may benefit from this product.
