Problem:
Many communities face a shortage of accessible healthcare services, particularly in rural and underserved urban areas. This results in delayed treatment, increased health disparities, and poorer overall health outcomes.
Idea:
My idea is to develop a mobile health clinic that travels to underserved areas, providing essential medical services, preventive care, and health education. This clinic would utilize telemedicine technology to connect patients with specialists, ensuring that even remote communities have access to quality healthcare. By partnering with local organizations, we can effectively raise awareness and ensure services meet community needs.
Main Beneficiaries:
The primary beneficiaries are individuals in rural and underserved urban communities, estimated at around 50,000 people in the targeted regions. This includes low-income families, the elderly, and those without reliable transportation to medical facilities. Additionally, local healthcare providers will benefit from collaboration and increased capacity.
