Problem:
Many school-aged children suffer from malnutrition or poor dietary habits due to a lack of affordable and nutritious food options in our country in Ecuador, given the fact that we are the second country in Latin America with the highest malnutrition rate in children. This affects their physical health, concentration, and overall school performance.
Idea:
NutriBox provides healthy, balanced, and affordable lunchboxes tailored for school children. Each lunchbox includes nutritious foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains, helping to ensure that children receive essential nutrients for their growth and development.
Main Beneficiaries:
The primary beneficiaries are school children, especially those from low-income families. The program aims to support around 2,000 children across various schools in the first year.
