Problem:

The need to address mental health issues is becoming increasingly evident. Economic limitations and outdated family perceptions create uncertainty and fears when seeking effective therapy. Public healthcare is often seen as inefficient, and the desire to find new alternatives is growing, creating a barrier that hinders access to psychological care—not only for those with diagnosed conditions but for anyone seeking overall well-being.

Idea:

Creating a mental health ecosystem that aligns with our brand values: accessibility, empathy, integrity, and social responsibility. Irene aims to complement personalized psychological support with emotional wellness activities. Our services include: App with a reward system for tracking your progress. Sharing psychoeducational information to provide guidance and raise awareness on mental health topics and Emergency service for those in immediate need of help.

Main Beneficiaries:

Users seeking emotional support in a more accessible and affordable way, not only focused on traditional psychology but also on self-care. People who want information and guidance on mental health. Psychologists looking for a platform to expand their business.
